Description: “Nehiyawak” ~ A workshop based on the traditional teachings of the medicine wheel. Cree people were given the gift of being named “Nehiyawak” which means being balanced in the 4 parts of the medicine wheel: Physical, Emotional, Mental, and Spiritual. In this workshop, we take a deeper look at each of the quadrants and learn ways to find balance in our own medicine wheels ~ Physically, Emotionally, Mentally, and Spiritually.
